This latest release
from Lifelike
Decals features four
different Me-109's in a very wide variety of camo schemes. This is Part 5 of a
series dealing with the Me-109 in Luftwaffe markings from August 1940 in France
to the Autumn of 1943 in Belarus.
The
4 aircraft include an E-3 from the spring of 1940 to a 109 F-2 in Stalingrad in
August of 1942 and Hptm. Erick Hartmann in Hungary in January of 1945 wearing
winter camo paint.
The 109's included on this sheet include the following:

Me 109 E-3,
W. Nr. unknown flown by Lt. Ernst Terry Stab 1/JG51 from Krefeld-Uerdingen
Germany in Spring 1940. This aircraft has artwork on the side of the
fuselage by the cockpit.

Me 109 F-4, W. Nr.
10132 flown by Kdr. II/JG5 Hptm Horst Carganico
from Petsamo in late 1942. This plane had a huge number of kills on
the rudder. Plane has tiny Mickey Mouse artwork on the
engine cowling and a yellow rudder and wingtips.

Me 109 F-2, W. Nr.
unknown flown by Ofw. Franz-Josef Beerenbrock, Geschwader Adjutant/JG51 on
August 1 1942, Dugino near Stalingrad. This aircraft has artwork on
the side of the fuselage by the cockpit. This plane had a huge number
of kills on the rudder. This aircraft has a yellow lower engine
cowling, yellow wingtips and a yellow fuselage band.

Me 109
G-6/R-6, W. Nr. unknown flown by Kdr. I/JG53 Hptm. Erich Hartmann, Veszprem,
Hungary on February 4 1945. This aircraft is wearing a white winter
camo with dark tulip triangles on the nose and yellow lower engine cowling
and yellow fuselage band..

The quality of these decals is of
very good quality. The decals themselves are clearly printed and in
perfect register. Some decals come in 2 layers to ensure perfect
registration. You get one full sized decal sheet and one smaller insert
sheet. The instructions
contain the wonderful text telling about the finer details of each aircraft and
refers to the references used. You also get a full set of stencils and a
separate instruction sheet showing stencil placement with 4 view line drawings.
