This is a another great product from Ultracast.  They are famous for their beautiful cast resin detail items.  There is one thing I've noticed about Ultracast....they can cast the most flawless propeller blades imaginable.  My sample had no air bubbles or warpage.....just flawless perfection.  The set consists of 4 blades and the center hub.  The hub comes with a shaft to permit the modeller to attach the prop and remove it during transportation to model shows etc.  Being able to remove a prop during transportation is critical to avoid damage.  The hub has lovely detail that will come to life after it is painted.  The blades aren't notched, so the modeller is free to set the pitch of the prop at any angle they choose.  This permits many options, but the modeller will have to make sure to set all 4 blades at the same pitch.  If there is confusion about what pitch to use...then referring to the kit part may be of some assistance.  I can not emphasize enough how beautifully thin these blades are.....the kit parts will seem horribly second class after you see these blades.  The attachment holes for the blades are deep enough to permit a very strong bond and the attachment points between the parts and the resin blocks is very thin and easy to deal with.  So if you're building a P-47 Thunderbolt, then this is the Prop you want to get your hands on.
