This is a new decal
sheet from Cutting
Edge Modelworks. The sheet includes markings for 3 unique
Ju-87's.
The first plane is a
Ju-87R-2/Trop flown by Hubert Polz, 6/StG 2 in Libya in August of 1941.
This is one of the most famous paint schemes ever put on a Ju-87. This is
one of the the famous Snake scheme Stuka's. There were at least 2 of these
planes with the Snake paint scheme. The colors on this Ju-87 are RLM 70/71
with RLM 79.
The second plane is
a Ju-87D-5 flown by Fhj.Ofw. Artur Heiland & Uffz. Artur Ballok of 2./NSG 9
out of Ghedi in December 1944. The colors on this Ju-87 are RLM
70/71 with RLM 79 squiggles. The interesting thing to note on this Ju-87
is the Tiger stripes on the underside of the wings.

The third plane is a
Ju-87D-3 flown by Ofw. Toni Fink & Fw. Hans Nawroth of 2./NSG 2 out of
Byelorussia in May 1944. The colors on this Ju-87 are RLM 70/71 with
a yellow fuselage band. The interesting thing to note on this Ju-87 is the
wheel splats are missing. The decals were flawlessly printed and the clear
carrier film is trimmed very close to the crisply printed colored areas, which
is always good to see.
There instructions
are clear and an extra page of text instruction is included with info on each
plane's markings.
