  US Independence Day

I have learned much from my visits to ARC and the articles of the modellers from around the world.  An example of this is preshading, which I used for the second time on this F-14A kit.  I always tune in to ARC, because itīs one of the most interesting sites and there are daily updates.

Photo 03

Sometimes I'll take two photos, one with the sharpness on the cockpit and the other with the sharpness on the tail. Then I combined them.  See photo 03 directly above.

This is my Hasegawa F-14A in 1:48...built out of box with the original decals from the kit.  The special part of my work isnīt the model, it is the photos, therefore I will give you some information about the photography.

I finished the kit without the landing gear, then I made the photos. After that I build the landing gear.  With these photos I tried to catch the right light so the plane glimmers
like metal.  I used the flames of afterburners from photos, changed them and put it
into my photos.

Greetings from Austria
