Hello all, this my 1/48 P-47 of the 397th Fighter Squadron / 368th Fighter Group.  I made this bird in 2011 and the overall the fit and build on this Hasegawa kit was very good. :)  I did not have to do much filling and sanding at all, I added some aftermarket seat harness`s for added detail but apart from that its all out of the box.

I used Tamiya paints and just used different shades of aluminum to get my desired effect and I also used various pastels and artist oils for the weathering, I also did some custom bomb art as well.   :)
