Hasegawa's 1/72
FW190A-8 was completed with TD's resin cockpit and a few
left-over PE parts from a failed DML TA-152C-0. The TD set doesn't give you
the rear canopy decking which is sad because its visible even with the
canopy closed. But the rest of the set is great.

I used the Eagle Cal sheet
72-009 for the markings for 9/JG5 based at Hedla, Norway in the spring of
1945. Reich Defense Bands are painted, and weathering is thinned enamels
and pastels over a lacquer based gloss.
