1/48 Hasegawa F-14A Part2

Weathering:

As usual, with a mix of black and thinner, in each panel line. Some dry brushing with lighter colours on the relief of the fuselage and then I proceeded to the decaling phase.

Decaling:

I applied a coat of FUTURE before decaling and another coat after decaling.

Decaling is the fastest job, as there is not a lot of stencils on this bird.  The TWOBOBS decals worked very nicely.  To finish the project I add a final coat that is a mix of Matt / Clear coat of varnish, from TESTOR.

Conclusion:

Well, everybody in my model club was impressed to see such camo.  We are not use to seeing such colour on a Tomcat and I thank the TWOBOBS for offering us something different than grey planes !

This is a very interesting piece in the collection , and it attracts lots of looks during models shows !

I also thanks David for his time in answering at all my questions!
